Pillar Health is seeking a 340B Director, Client Success to lead client success initiatives remotely. You will develop strategies to maximize client value, oversee onboarding and training, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure smooth adoption of Pillr Health’s solutions.

The role emphasizes executive reporting, stakeholder management, and driving retention through strategic program governance. A strong background in healthcare or pharmacy systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for leadership roles.
• At least 5+ years in client relationship management or account strategy.
• Experience delivering outcomes for enterprise software customers.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep client relationships and understand business objectives.
• Deliver measurable value and optimize program outcomes with clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and lead renewal negotiations.
• Advocate for clients to influence product and service improvements.
• Provide executive-level reviews and strategic updates to clients.
• Lead and coach teams to ensure high-quality client experiences.
