Job summary

PHIL seeks a Director of Client Success to lead strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. This role focuses on retention, expansion, and cross-sell across a portfolio of clients, acting as the internal quarterback to align Strategy/Analytics, Product, and Operations.

• Exceptional relationship and communication skills; comfortable with SVP-level conversations.
• Commercially oriented; translate program data into net revenue narratives.
• Strong orchestration and project management; coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own client retention and ensure high satisfaction across accounts.
• Drive expansion by increasing PHIL's share of prescriptions for clients.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with PHIL teams for execution.
