Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting's client seeks a Director, 340B Pharmacy Operations to lead the operational delivery and compliance of the growing 340B Infusion Leakage Program, with remote work and limited travel.

You will oversee HRSA compliance, OPAIS registration, eligibility validation, and payer reimbursement, lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites, and develop SOPs, audits, and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct 340B program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRSA regulations, OPAIS registration, and Medicaid carve-in/carve-out strategies.
• Experience with 340B platforms (Verity Solutions, Macro Helix, CareTend, WeInfuse) preferred.
• Understanding infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy operations, and payer reimbursement.
• Experience leading compliance initiatives and SOP development.
• PharmD or RPh preferred; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
• Experience leading multi-site 340B programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's 340B operational and compliance program.
• Oversee HRSA compliance, OPAIS registration, eligibility validation, and financial integrity.
• Direct implementation, onboarding, training, and go-live execution for new partners.
• Develop SOPs, quality assurance processes, and compliance audit programs.
• Monitor KPIs, governance activities, and operational performance across partner organizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and support growth.
