Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Develop client success plans with objectives, risks, and actions.
• Lead client meetings and document decisions, owners, and timelines.
• Create client scorecards and regular business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve utilization and program performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate expansion opportunities.
• Communicate status and next steps clearly to clients.
