MTM Health is hiring a 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative to work from home in Missouri. You will be the frontline voice handling inbound calls from members, clients and facilities, delivering compassionate and accurate assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily call targets and ensure quality service.
