MTM Health in Missouri is seeking a 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. You will serve as the frontline ambassador of MTM Health, delivering friendly, professional assistance and resolving inquiries to support our mission of removing barriers to care.

The role requires Missouri residency, 1 year of call center experience, and strong basic typing with reliable high-speed internet. Shifts start after 2pm CST and may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Missouri and be eligible to work remotely.
• 1 year of Call Center experience and 6 months Customer Service experience required.
• Basic typing and computer navigation skills with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities as the frontline representative.
• Provide information, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to support care delivery.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative’s skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays.All you need for the Customer Care Representative role is:Must currently reside in Missouri1 year of Call Center experience6 months Customer Service experienceBasic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skillsHigh speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps).
