You will serve as the frontline ambassador of MTM Health, delivering friendly, professional assistance and resolving inquiries to support our mission of removing barriers to care.

The role requires Missouri residency, 1 year of call center experience, and strong basic typing with reliable high-speed internet. Shifts start after 2pm CST and may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Missouri and be eligible to work remotely.
• 1 year of Call Center experience and 6 months Customer Service experience required.
• Basic typing and computer navigation skills with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities as the frontline representative.
• Provide information, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to support care delivery.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
