Job summary

MTM Health is hiring a 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative to be the frontline voice for members, clients and facilities. This remote role in Texas offers a consistent schedule starting after 2pm CST, with multiple evening shifts such as 2:00pm–10:30pm and 3:00pm–11:30pm to support a national client base.

The position requires call center experience, strong typing and computer skills, and a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Texas.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing and computer navigation skills.
• High speed internet with at least 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download.
• A quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Expected call volume of 60–80 calls per day, higher on Mondays.
