Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist II in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on sorting and decisioning of non-standard transactions, including reject processing and high-speed mail extraction using specialized equipment.

You will perform daily processing, maintain accuracy, and assist with training. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and read and interpret instructions to support multiple clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Computer skills
• Able to read and make decisions

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Reject Operator - pull rejected transactions from processing areas and header/batch items with documents
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning using I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30/40/50/51, Falcon equipment
• Processing medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning
• Process work accurately and maintain department standards
• Assist with training when needed
