Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist II in Chicago, IL for a 2nd shift (Sat-Wed, 2:00pm–10:30pm). You will perform complex sorting and decisioning on non-standard or rejected transactions, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to client instructions.

• Computer skills required and ability to read and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Reject Operator – pull rejected transactions from processing areas and document control items.
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning using specified equipment.
• Sort and decide transactions per client instructions.
• Maintain performance output per department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
