Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist II for the 2nd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm). The role focuses on sorting, decisioning, and processing non-standard or rejected transactions, including high-speed mail extraction and client sorting tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must read and make decisions.
• Able to work independently and with others for all clients.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reject Operator - pull rejected transactions from all processing areas.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning – extraction and scanning on high speed using listed equipment.
• Processing medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning.
• Maintain performance output per department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
