Responsibilities

• Operate Mail Extraction Equipment to group work into processable batches.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Dispatch: review outgoing items and prepare packages, including HIPAA clients.
• Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports.
• Perform basic-level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
