Deluxe Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a Processing Specialist I to perform basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under close supervision. You will operate mail extraction equipment, batch transactions, and prepare items for client processing.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination and ability to read and make basic decisions.
• Detail-oriented and quality conscious; able to work independently for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mail Extraction Equipment and batch processing to group work into processable batches.
• Perform basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under supervision.
• Dispatch and review outgoing items, prepare reports and ensure accuracy per client standards.
• Perform minor adjustments on equipment and maintain production output.
