Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently on assignments for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail extraction equipment and batch processing tasks.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons according to client instructions.
• Perform quality reviews of outgoing items for accuracy and HIPAA clients.
• Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports.
• Maintain production standards and perform minor equipment adjustments.
