Deluxe is seeking a Processing Specialist I in Charlotte, NC to handle basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks. You’ll operate mail extraction equipment, batch transactions, and ensure accuracy while following client instructions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to read and make basic decisions.
• Detail-oriented, quality conscious, and able to work independently or with others.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime; ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail extraction equipment and batch processing tasks.
• Sort and process transactions, headers and documents per client instructions.
• Perform quality reviews on outgoing items and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Maintain performance output per department standards and handle basic equipment adjustments.
