Job summary

Aires in Columbia City, IN is seeking an entry-level Mobility Support Team Member to assist the operations group with data entry, backup collection and reporting to support the end-to-end relocation process.

You will train on our systems, monitor reports for accuracy, and help train other team members while assisting with partner invoices to ensure timely billing. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of relocation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates internal systems with household goods/temporary housing/family services results and other required documentation.
• Participates in required training initiatives to learn systems and processes.
• Monitors and reviews reports to ensure processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Help to train on the training modules for other support team members and Mobility Specialists.
• Pursues partner invoices to ensure timely billing.
