Job summary

Home Sweet Home is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support transferees and manage service delivery resources. You will communicate via phone, text and email, coordinate schedules, and help ensure on-time, quality service across our nationwide network.

Offered training of up to 8 weeks with paid onboarding, full-time hours (40/wk), a hybrid work location in Redondo Beach, CA, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and paid time off.

• Available to respond to occasional inquiries from Customers and Vendors during evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with transferees via Phone, text and email according to the baton.
• Select service delivery resources and rate them upon job completion.
• Schedule changes with relocating family, RMC/Moving Company and coordinators.
• Communicate with Primary Coordinators and partners for updates.
• Review bills from contractors and prepare billing package.
• Respond and resolve service issues with the Team Leader and Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
