A leading relocation management firm is hiring a Client Mobility Solutions Specialist to provide support in client HR mobility programs. Candidates should have at least 5 years of customer service experience within the relocation industry, preferably with a certification like CRP or GMS. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant customer service experience within the relocation industry.
• Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), preferred.
• Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), preferred.
• Must be willing to work Mountain or Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Handles transferee requests and facilitates issue resolution.
• Supports the client HR Business Partners with mobility program administration.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for mobility-related inquiries.
• Provides clear policy consultation and move information to relocating transferees.
• Collaborates with HRBPs to create a seamless mobility experience.
