Job summary

Plus Relocation is seeking a Global Mobility Counselor (GMC) to guide relocating employees through every step of their move, with a focus on exceptional service and thoughtful guidance.

You will educate clients on benefit policies, coordinate with mobility suppliers, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues while thriving in a fast-paced hybrid/remote environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously or in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, offering support and guidance throughout their move.
• Educate clients on benefit policies, expenses, timelines, and available resources, ensuring a smooth relocation experience.
