Job summary

Agility Partners LLC in Indiana is seeking a Client Services and Readiness Analyst to bridge client needs with technical and analytical work. You will manage high volumes of requests, advocate for customers, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and the opportunity to gain energy-industry experience while traveling quarterly to customer sites after transitioning to full-time.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional customer service experience, preferably in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to serve as the “face” of the organization.
• Ability to use analytical techniques to evaluate customer issues and develop solutions.
• Energy industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to customer sites once converted to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer issues and serve as the primary advocate for client needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries (up to 1,000 per month) with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business areas to help customers resolve technical and operational questions.
• Support customer onboarding and integration for market participation.
