Job summary

Aires, a leader in relocation management, is hiring an entry‑level Mobility Support Team Member for the Pittsburgh, PA office. You will support operations, perform data entry, collect backups, and review reports to drive end‑to‑end relocation processes.

This role requires a High School Diploma/GED (Associate's preferred) and at least 6 months in customer service, with relocation experience preferred. A hybrid work environment and strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months of relocation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates internal systems with household goods/temporary housing/family services results and other required documentation.
• Participates in required training initiatives to learn systems and processes.
• Monitors and reviews reports to ensure processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Help to train on the training modules for other support team members and Mobility Specialists.
• Pursues partner invoices to ensure timely billing.
