Job summary

Nomad Temporary Housing Inc. is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to support relocating employees with temporary housing options. The role is full-time in a customer service capacity with regular Monday–Friday shifts and varied start times across Pacific time.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, emailing housing options, sourcing suppliers, and handling 8–10 leads daily. Strong organizational skills and autonomy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with temporary housing options and relocations.
• Email clients with recommended housing options.
• Source and manage suppliers for housing needs.
• Handle 8–10 client leads per day.
• Answer incoming calls and provide client support.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
