Qualifications

• Prior management and administrative experience required/preferred.
• Solid data entry and business writing skills required.
• Strong public speaking skills necessary.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective Section 8 landlords in opportunity zones and connect tenants with them.
• Provide housing opportunity counseling to help tenants find homes with access to good schools and job opportunities.
• Prepare documents and maintain tenant files for relocation processes.
• Act as liaison between tenants and corporate staff.
