Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician on our campus near Madison, Wisconsin. The role monitors real-time alerts, manages access and security systems, and oversees building operations from the Facilities Command Center, coordinating responses to disruptions with internal teams and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center.
• Oversee building operations and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
• Coordinate emergency responses with internal teams and emergency services.
• Help restore normal operations quickly and effectively after disruptions.
