Job summary

Epic is hiring an Operations Center Technician to monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center in Madison, WI. Relocation to the Madison area is offered with assistance to support your move.

You will identify issues via video feeds and data, coordinate with internal teams and emergency services, and help restore normal operations quickly during disruptions.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related field.
• openness to 2nd/3rd shift and weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
