Job summary

Epic operates a centralized Facilities Command Center to monitor all campuses and ensure business continuity. The Operations Center Technician will monitor alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the command center.

You will respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses during disruptions such as power outages. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is available with financial relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or emergency response is preferred.
• Ability to monitor real-time alerts and coordinate responses.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems.
• Oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
• Coordinate emergency responses during disruptions such as power outages or disasters.
• Work with internal teams and emergency services to restore operations.
