Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in San Francisco is seeking a Relocation Project Management Coordinator to support end-to-end move management for client accounts. You will schedule meetings, manage calendars, assemble and proofread project documents, and assist the Relocation Project Manager in uploading files to centralized folders.

You will coordinate with property and facilities teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure moves and related activities follow client and JLL

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive-level clients.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily move requests end-to-end as requested.
• Coordinate scheduled events with property management, facilities management, all parties involved in relocations.
• Ensure all project/account activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client's and JLL's policies and procedures.
• Coordinate work order and small project execution with vendors, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements.
• Perform pre-move and move day duties to include but not limited to: Pre- and post-move inventory/check-out/check-ins, furniture inventory, hanging move signage and supervising movers.
