Job summary

JLL in Houston is seeking an Associate Relocation Project Manager to lead relocation and change management initiatives, developing scope, schedules, and on-site execution for complex projects.

You will negotiate with clients and vendors, manage project docs, track move-related activities, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment while applying new technology and data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead relocation and change management projects from scope through execution.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors and manage project documentation.
• Develop project scope and schedules and serve as on-site relocation planning resource.
