You will coordinate with admins, managers, vendors, and clients to ensure a seamless experience, accurate cost reconciliation, and superior customer satisfaction.

This on-site role requires a data-intensive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service and hospitality orientation with proven ability to build rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Professional presentation skills and executive presence.
• Comfort level conversing with client managers and senior stakeholders.
