Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a MAC Relocation Project Manager to orchestrate relocation programs across the portfolio. You will partner with the program manager, occupancy planning team, and a network of vendors to move spaces on time and within budget.

You will review client requirements, develop migration and move plans, manage RFPs, and deliver clear status reports. Travel across projects is required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Basic AutoCAD skills (test-fits).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage relocation activities on account projects per client/JLL policies.
• Single point of contact for clients; lead project meetings.
• Develop migration plans and relocation budgets with managers.
• Coordinate suppliers and vendors via RFPs and bidding.
• Conduct space audits; maintain occupancy data in CAFM.
• Determine pricing for non-baseline work; prepare reports and quotes.
• Coordinate move logistics and post-move issue resolution.
• Collaborate on cross-campus strategy with Occupancy Planning.
