Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Relocation Project Management (RPM) Coordinator to support end-to-end move requests, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure adherence to JLL processes. The role involves pre-move activities, vendor coordination, and ergonomic assessments to support client relocations.

The position requires flexibility with hours and travel, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
• AutoCAD experience
• Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
• Preferred 0 – 3 years practical experience

Responsibilities

• Manage daily move requests end to end as requested
• Coordinate scheduled events with property management, facilities management, all parties involved in relocations
• Ensure all project/account activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client’s and JLL’s policies and procedures
• Coordinate work order and small project execution with vendors, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements
• Perform pre-move and move day duties including inventory, check-out/check-ins, furniture inventory, and supervising movers
• Receive and process client ergonomic requests and coordinate ergonomic assessments
