The role involves generating space layout options, managing moves, and coordinating with space management, project management, and facilities teams.

You will measure sites, create test fits, present solutions to clients, and ensure CAFM data reflects current occupancy.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in a related discipline or 3+ years of related experience.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Google Suite.
• Experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee occupancy planning for the client’s portfolio in the region.
• Generate space layout and group reorganization options.
• Coordinate MAC moves and site-to-site moves on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Take onsite measurements and create test fits to improve efficiency and asset utilization.
• Collaborate with Space Management, Project Management, and Facilities teams; interface with client to finalize concepts.
