Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Moving Allocation Specialist in Oakbrook Terrace, IL to coordinate domestic and international moves with service providers, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.

You will act as a liaison between relocation counselors, providers, and internal teams to maintain high service levels. Responsibilities include allocating orders in Focus, updating customer data, monitoring costs and exceptions, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accept and assign orders to service providers via the Focus system.
• Update customer contact information and contract terms in Focus.
• Verify policy levels and HHG authorization.
• Allocate moves to agents and track dates, weights, and costs.
