Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding or customer service experience.
• Strong analytic and data-based problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with vendors, clients and teammates.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, pricing and move details for international relocations.
• Communicate with agents, vendors and customers to resolve issues.
• Monitor customer expectations and ensure quality service.
• Prepare and report on move administration and revenue data.
• Support billing, disputes and warehouse operations as needed.
