Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Mobility Solutions Consultant-Lump Sum to manage end-to-end relocation cases for employees receiving Lump Sum or Limited Benefit mobility assistance.

You will act as trusted advisor, providing consultative support on mobility benefits, relocation planning, and program utilization, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This role partners with clients, internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver service, monitor progress, and drive program

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and customer cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or case management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• High School Degree or higher
