Job summary

Bristol Global Mobility is seeking a Relocation Consultant to coordinate transferee relocation services and consult on policy-based benefits. You will liaise with employees, clients, and vendors to deliver home sale, home finding, and moving services with exemplary service.

You will assess needs, manage caseloads, and ensure IRS compliance while supporting continuous process improvements and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years Relocation and/or Real Estate experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact relocating employee to review policy and authorize services.
• Perform needs assessment for each relocating employee.
• Coordinate origin home sale, temporary housing, and home purchase dates.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure data integrity in Bristol system.
• Assist other mobility advisors and participate in team meetings.
