Job summary

Cornerstone Relocation Group is seeking a Mobility Consultant to join our Global Mobility team. In this role, you'll help employees navigate domestic and international relocations while serving as a trusted advisor throughout their mobility journey.

You'll partner with clients, assignees, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate relocation services, manage immigration and compliance processes, and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in global mobility, relocation, immigration, or a related HR field.
• Knowledge of global mobility programs, assignment management, and immigration processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advocate for employees in the client’s global mobility program.
• Apply expertise in global mobility and assignment management for high-quality assignee experience.
• Coordinate benefits including cultural/language training, household goods shipment, and related services.
• Maintain proactive communication with assignees throughout assignment.
• Prepare and review relocation and assignment reports for Client.
• Escalate complex assignee concerns to CRG’s Senior Director or Client as needed.
• Review and provide cost estimates to support budgeting and accrual planning.
• Negotiate host country rental agreements and terminations as needed.
• Participate in year-end compensation processes with Client and tax providers.
• Resolve vendor service issues with CRG Vendor Manager.
• Ensure accurate data in mobility management system.
• Submit and escalate exception requests to Client.
• Coordinate and monitor immigration processes including work permits, visa authorizations, labor certifications.
