UE Systems is seeking a Reliability Sales Manager to own and grow the Southeast territory, driving new pipeline, opportunities, and revenue. This field-based role requires technical credibility and strong collaboration with plant maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams.

You will conduct discovery, demonstrate ultrasound solutions, and build compelling business cases for change while traveling 50–75% across the Southeast.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, predictive maintenance, or related plant operations.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and failure modes.
• Experience with ultrasound, vibration, infrared, oil analysis, or motor testing.
• Ability to translate reliability opportunities into operational/financial value.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, business, or related field.

• Prospect in priority industrial markets and re-engage inactive or underpenetrated accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into ultrasound solutions and build a business case for change.
• Conduct onsite evaluations, demonstrations, and value engagements to advance opportunities.
• Develop proposals quantifying uptime, energy savings, and asset reliability.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end in the CRM with accurate next steps.
• Build cross-functional relationships across customer organizations and teams.
• Travel regularly (50–75%) to service the Southeast territory.
