Job summary

S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe practices across multiple ARTs in a high-impact program. You’ll enable AI-enabled insights for forecasting, capacity planning, and risk management, partnering with product, technology, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile delivery leadership, incl. Release Train Engineer experience.
• 5+ years of people management in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven SAFe framework and ART/PI Planning expertise.
• 3+ years coaching Agile teams, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics for planning and risk visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI Planning across one or more Agile Release Trains with aligned strategy and delivery outcomes.
• Prepare PI readiness with PMs, Business Owners, and Tech leadership, incl. dependencies and capacity planning.
• Facilitate ART events: PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
• Manage cross-ART dependencies, risks, and impediments for on-time delivery.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Flow Masters to high-performing teams; promote Lean-Agile and SAFe.
• Enable data-driven forecasting, capacity planning, and risk management using analytics and AI insights.
• Act as change agent; ensure governance, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders.
