Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team. You will test releases, set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions and workspaces, collaborating with Relativity staff as needed.

Required: 10+ years in litigation support, 4+ years with Relativity, RCA certification, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory. This on-site role offers growth and government-focused projects.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in litigation support with four+ years Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification is required.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience managing multiple tasks within scope of work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and staff.
• Perform specialized data culling and indexing in Relativity for complex searches.
• Collaborate with CFTC's technical support group to resolve user issues.
• Work with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Test Relativity software releases and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
• Deliver Relativity demos and develop user documentation for workflows.
