Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team in the United States. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues and test releases, while establishing templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in litigation support, with four years of Relativity experience, RCA certification, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of litigation support experience, including four years of Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification is required.
• Experience managing multiple tasks within scope of work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Two Relativity certifications and a Relativity Master certification are preferred.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and staff.
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for litigation matters using complex searches.
• Coordinate with the CFTC technical support group to resolve user issues.
• Collaborate with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Lead testing of Relativity releases and setup templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
• Stay current with Relativity and its analytics tools and participate in Relativity User Portal.
