Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team in a full-time capacity. You will collaborate with Relativity staff to troubleshoot software issues and contribute to testing releases, including setting up templates, views, scripts, and workflows for multiple workspaces.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA certification, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of litigation support experience with Relativity
• Master’s degree or JD with substitution option
• Relativity RCA certification required
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Two Relativity certifications preferred
• Relativity Master certification preferred
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine is helpful
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server is helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and litigation support specialists
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches
• Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve user issues
• Conduct Relativity demos and training sessions
• Create user documentation for various workflows
• Keep abreast of Relativity updates and integrations
• Advocate feature requests via Relativity portal to stakeholders
