Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve issues, test releases, and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows across multiple divisions.

You will provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators, stay current with Relativity analytics, and promote new features through internal channels. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive litigation support experience with Relativity.
• Certifications in Relativity (RCA) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and specialists.
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for litigation-related searches.
• Collaborate with FTC tech support to resolve access and performance issues.
• Work with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Test Relativity releases and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
• Stay current with Relativity analytics and integrations.
• Advocate for new features via Relativity Portal and internal teams.
• Deliver Relativity demos, training, and user documentation.
