City Wide Facility Solutions Columbus seeks a relationship-focused professional to join our Commercial Building Solutions team. You will partner with property managers and owners to identify facility needs, coordinate solutions, and ensure excellent project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in a B2B sales environment preferred.
• Hunter mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value.
• Coordinate project execution between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project performance and customer satisfaction.
• Generate recurring revenue through exceptional service and business development.
• Present proposals and close project opportunities.
