Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks an experienced Relationship Executive to grow and retain profitable relationships within Disruptive Commerce and Internet Banking.

You will be the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing collaboration with innovative companies. The role combines managing risk, driving cross-firm solutions, and leading strategic discussions with senior partners, credit and payments, to deliver the full firm to clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Excellent sales management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior partners.
• Self-directed, proactive and able to navigate ambiguity.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and SIE licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to build a brand within your market representing the team as the leading innovation bank.
• Develop new business by acquiring relationships and delivering the entire Firm’s solutions.
• Leverage a referral network from business activities to identify founders in the ecosystem.
• Champion a culture of innovation with a customer-centric mindset and risk management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or partnerships.
