Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York, NY and across the Southeast seeks a Relationship Executive in Technology Fintech & Payments Banking to grow and retain profitable client relationships within the Commercial & Specialized Industries group.

You will lead business development across multiple locations, manage risk, and work with the full Firm to deliver solutions including credit and payments, while staying attuned to fintech and startup ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Understanding and interest in high growth software, payments, ecommerce, and marketplaces.
• Excellent sales management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
• Disciplined pipeline management and proactive work style.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.
• This role includes travel to support in-person client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to build a brand within your market that represents Technology Fintech & Payments Banking as the leading Innovation Economy bank.
• Develop new business in your market by acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones by delivering the entire Firm, including credit and payments.
• Lead initiatives to identify diverse founders and leverage a referral network through business activities and relationship development.
• Champion a culture of innovation with a customer-centric mindset while managing risk (credit, operational, and reputational).
• Stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
