Qualifications

• Sales experience or one to two years industry experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to build relationships and manage client inquiries with care.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: networks to gain referrals for at-need and pre-need arrangements.
• Build Relationships with Families: respond to inquiries and support families in times of grief.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors and staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Hours flexibility: work nights and weekends as needed.
• Prepare for appointments and present planning options with professionalism.
