Dignity Memorial in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a self- starter Pre-Planning Service Advisor (PPSA) to meet quota by selling pre-need arrangements. You will serve families with care, provide pre-need options, and build lasting relationships.

You will generate referrals through community outreach, maintain activity records, and work evenings or weekends as needed to achieve targets. A strong customer focus and CRM familiarity are required.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• In states/provinces where required, must hold a Funeral Directors License to perform this role.
• Sales experience or one to two years industry experience or equivalent education.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Present pre-need planning options to families served and referred.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and communities.
• Collaborate with Funeral Directors and location staff to ensure seamless service.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet quotas and service levels.
