You will originate residential mortgage loans, build a referral network, and manage clients from application to closing with a focus on exceptional service. Ideal candidates hold an active NMLS license, have prior origination experience, and excel at self-sourcing business and developing local market relationships.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Prior mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Proven ability to self-source and develop referral-based business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loan products.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referral partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other referral sources.
• Build a consistent pipeline through networking, prospecting, and local market engagement.
• Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial and credit data to determine financing solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application through closing.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tools to manage leads, referrals, and ongoing client communication.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure timely and smooth loan closings.
• Stay informed on mortgage products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
