You will originate residential mortgage loans through self-sourced referrals and partnerships, guiding clients from application to closing. This role values relationship-building, local market engagement, and a client‑first approach, with strong emphasis on compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Proven ability to self-source and develop referral-based business.
• Established referral relationships and local market presence strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referral partnerships, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other referral sources.
• Build a consistent pipeline through networking, prospecting, and local market engagement.
• Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial and credit data to determine financing solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application through closing.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tools to manage leads, referrals, and ongoing client communication.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure timely and smooth loan closings.
• Stay informed on mortgage products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
